I’m a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and have been practising for 7 years. I've worked alongside professional sports teams and physiotherapists, and now treat my clients from home. Sports massage isn't just for sports people, it is a deep tissue massage suitable for all. From your general aches and pains to more chronic problems. Sports massage can improve general muscle mobility for all and reduce muscle pain as well as preventing regular injuries.
